Is the condensed milk supposed to be baked through so that no traces are visible?
I baked these until the edges were golden brown (about 30 mins) and after allowing them to cool in the fridge, I cut them and noticed the condensed milk was still runny.
Jessie M
Hi,
The condensed milk is still visible but is thicker. I have not had it run myslef. The middle pieces might be a little softer and less cooked than the edge pieces, but I always find they still stick together. Were you using a dark metal pan, light metal, or glass?
Lauren
What type of pan do you recommend?
Jessie M
I use a 9x13 metal rectangle baking dish.
