–bananas – white sugar – egg – vegetable oil – all purpose flour – baking soda – baking powder – salt

Mash the bananas. Whisk in the oil, egg, and white sugar.


In a separate bowl whisk together dry ingredients.   Fold into wet.

Fill muffin tins to almost full.  Bake for 5 minutes 425F then another 15 mins at 350F..
