Chocolate Mini Egg Cookies

These cookies are big,  soft, and chewy chocolate cookies loaded with mini eggs. This no chill recipe and is easy to make.

Ingredients

-salted butter –brown sugar – white sugar – eggs – vanilla extract – all purpose flour – unsweetened cocoa powder – salt – baking powder – baking soda –mini chocolate eggs

Cream butter and sugar together.  Next. add in the eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl whisk dry ingredients together. 

Instructions

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet and fold in the crushed mini eggs with a spatula.

Scoop 3tbsp sized cookie dough balls, place on the baking sheet, and top with extra eggs. Bake for 10 minutes.

These cookies are not only gorgeous, they also taste so delicious and are the perfect Easter treat!
