– 3 large ripe bananas mashed – butter at room temperature – white sugar – 1 egg beaten – all purpose flour  –baking soda – salt

Preheat the oven.  Grease the edges of a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper. Mash your bananas in a one bowl and beat egg in another. Set aside.


In a large bowl cream butter & sugar together until fluffy..  Mix in the bananas and egg. Mix together until well combined.

Add in the dry ingredients. Fold into the wet using a rubber spatula. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean. Enjoy!
