Easter Mini Egg Brownies

These chewy Easter Mini Egg Brownies make the best Easter dessert. Easy to make brownies loaded with mini eggs! Beautiful and delicious!

Ingredients

– semi sweet bakers chocolate – salted butter  – white sugar – 2 large eggs  – vanilla extract – all purpose flour – unsweetened cocoa powder –  salt – mini eggs

Cream butter and sugar together.  Next. add in the eggs and vanilla and whisk until light in colour and batter is thick in texture.   Mix in the melted chocolate.

Instructions

Sift in the dry ingredients.  Fold in the mini eggs

Pour batter into a square pan and top with extra mini eggs. Bake for 28 minutes and let cool in the pan before slicing.
