Mini Pumpkin Cheesecakes

These mini pumpkin cheesecakes are creamy, perfectly spiced, and have a graham cracker crust. Best of all they are easy to make! They have all the flavours of a pumpkin pie in cheesecake form.


– graham crackers crumbs – salted butter  – brown sugar – cream cheese – white sugar – heavy cream  – pumpkin puree – vanilla extract – pumpkin pie spice – ground cinnamon – 1eggs

Taste amazing and perfectly spiced.  They have a rich and creamy texture. Easy to make and no water bath needed.

Mix the brown sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter together. Press into muffin liners to create the crust. 


Cream the cream cheese to creamy. Add in the heavy cream, vanilla, and sugar. 

Add in the pumpkin puree and spices. Followed by the eggs. Add cream cheese batter the muffin tins.  Bake for 21 minutes.
