Peaches and cream cheese strudel is made up of peaches and sweetened cream cheese, wrapped up in puff pastry. Easy and so delicious!
– store bought puff pastry – full fat cream cheese – powdered sugar – vanilla extract – egg – cold water – milk

Fold your puff pastry sheet in thirds. In the middle section add the sweetened cream cheese mixture.
Add the peeled and sliced peaches on top of the cream cheese. Keep everything in the middle.
Get 1/2 inch strips on the sides of the puff pastry. Remove the top and bottom two so you can fold in the edge.
Fold your puff pastry up to create a braid pattern. Brush with egg wash and bake for 30 minutes.
