Pumpkin Spice Latte Loaf Cake

This Pumpkin Spice Latte Loaf Cake is a moist and perfectly spiced pumpkin cake, with a hint of espresso and topped with an espresso buttercream frosting.


– all purpose flour – pumpkin pie spice – ground cinnamon – baking soda – baking powder – salt – espresso powder – egs – brown sugar – white sugar – vegetable oil – pumpkin puree – vanilla extract – milk – salted butter at  – powdered sugar – heavy cream

Easy to make!  Full of warm pumpkin flavours and a slight hint of espresso.  It's topped with espresso buttercream. 

In a medium bowl whisk together dry ingredients. In a large bowl whisk together the wet ingedients. 


Add the dry ingredients in and add batter to the loaf pan. Bake for 55 minutes. 

Once cooled, make the espresso buttercream and frost the cake.
